RETURNS
You have 14 days after doing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you receive it, unworn or unused, with tags and stickers, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receive or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kyoclothing.com. You are responsible for all risk and shipping costs associated with an exchange or return. Kyo doesn't provide return labels and is not responsible for losses of your package during shipping to our adress in order to carry out an exchange or return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
