SHIPMENTS. We are happy to ship worldwide. We process orders in 1-4 days since we receive it.
National shipments: 1-2 business days.
International shipments: 6-7 business days.
You will receive confirmation and order tracking details on email.
EXCHANGES. We can exchanges items 14 days after the package has been delivered. You can exchange your item for another size. If the new size you request is not in stock, you can exchange your order for another item of the same value.
RETURNS. You have 14 days after doing your order to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at You are responsible for all risks and shipping costs associated with an exchange. Kyo doesn't provide return labels and is not responsible for losses of your package during shipping to our address in order to carry out an exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
